Think about Asian Meat culture

For instance, they often put duck meat of frozen duck blood into noodle soup. In Japan, they eat grilled duck meat with Soba noodle or scallion.

In Vietnam, Duck egg, which is hatching is sold by the roadside. They often fried this egg with chilli, garlic and leaf. We can eat chick in the egg and it taste like chiken.
