Nasi goreng, Indonasia, Malasia
    
Nasi goreng is famous fried rice cuisine in Indonesia. Shrimp, egg and green onion are on the top and the inside fried rices. Please put the spicy soy sauce on the fried rices as you like.
กะปิ Kapi, Thailand   
Kapi is rice which is made from fermented shrimp in Thailand. Vietnamese Mam Tom is fermented shrimp paste sauce and they usually dip the tofu in mam tom, but in Thainese Kapi, fermented shrimp paste is mixed with rice. Therefore, Kapi is known as one of the smelliest cuisine in Thailand
Nasi Ayam, 海南鶏飯(Hǎinán jī fàn), Indonasia, Malasia
    
I n Indonesia, They eat boiled chicken with white rice, which is cooked with chicken broth. Person who like spicy dish can put chilli sauce on it.
กะเพรา, Gapao rice, Thailand 
Gapao means holy basil in Thailnd. We eat thai rice with Thai Stir Fry Chicken with Basil and it served with fried egg。 Thai Stir Fry Chicken with Basil really goes well with egg yolk. Since gapao rice have chilies inside, this dish might be quite spicy.
Bibimbap(비빔밥), South Korea 
There're many kind of Bibimbap in South Korea, after putting namul, meat and eggs on the grilled rice,
we stir them well by big spoon before eating. We can mix them with gochu-jang(고추장) sauce which is made from chilli powder as you like.
In dolsotbibimbab(돌솥비빔밥), it's usually heated in a stone pot,and then
they start mixing rice and numul on the hot stones or pebbles before eating.

Yangnyeom(양념) is a popular condiment which is used to make Kimchi.

Briani rice is slenderlong and narrow and seasoned spicy rice with Chicken. Lots of boiled chiken is inside biriani rice. You can put cocpnuts spicy chutney(चटनी) or green chilies sauce on them as you like.
Frog porridge, Singapore   
In Singapore, when it comes to breakfast, it's porridge. There're porridge restaurant in Singapore and it's usually served with grilled frog. In the picture, garlic flake is put on porridge, which is mixed with soy sauce when eating them. There're various another porridge(congee) dish such as fish head porridge, slice beef porridge, pig liver porridge, carp fish belly porridge and so on.
Cơm Cháy, Vietnam   
Cơm Cháy is one of the famous street food in Vietnam. First, paste white rice on the Chinese frying pan, and grill rice while pullng frying pan round.
After grilling rice, they fold it in two like picture. Way of cooking Cơm Cháy is similar to Bánh xèo.
Please dip grilled rice on hot soy sauce with chili when we eating. Cơm means rice, Cháy means grilling someting in Vietnamese.
Chǎofàn(炒飯) ,China  
There're two kind of Chǎofàn in China.
Fújiàn chǎofàn(福建炒飯) is originated from Fújiàn province, and it's fried rice topped with a starchy sauce. The starchy sauce The starchy sauce The starchy sauce is thicken and goes well with fried rice.
One the other hand, Yángzhōu chǎofàn(揚州炒飯) is normal fried rice in China and it's originated from Yángzhōu province
沙煲飯(Shā bāo fàn) ,China  
This is Chinese clay pot rice topped with seafood or chicken. rice on the clay pot is hot and mixed with garlic.
ข้าวผัดสับปะรด, khao phat sapparot, Thailand  
In Thailand, they use Thai jasmine rice instead of regular long-grain rice. Therefore, the type of rice on this dish differs from Chinese fried rice. Thai jasmine rice is inside of pineapple, and it's mixed with squid or shrimp.

Yakionigiri are basted with soy sauce and grilled. This dish is often served with sea kelp or dried plum, pickled vegetables such as radish and cucumber.
